Seller Agency
The Certified Sellers Representative (CSR) designation is awarded to real estate agents who are Candidate members of the Seller Agency Council
Upon the successful completion of the twelve (14) hour in-class CSR course, or the twelve (12) hour online CSR course, and
- Certification of three (3) closed sides of the transaction where the CSR candidate has represented the seller, and
- Letters of recommendation from 3 sellers represented in those transactions.
- Proof of the above should be sent to the Seller Agency Council at:

Upon receipt and verification of these items the CSR designation is awarded and the Candidate Member will receive their CSR certificate and CSR lapel pin via mail.

Course Overview
The CSR live classroom course is a fourteen (14) hour course. Upon completion the student must successfully complete a forty (40) question exam.
