Located in Southern California, the Seller Agency Council Inc. (SAC) was formed with the goal of promoting home seller information to consumers with ongoing professional development for Realtors working with home sellers. As part of the RealtyU family, SAC is able to draw up the expertise, experience, and knowledge of the leading company dedicated to providing career development to real estate agents and brokers.
In the early 1990's six prominent regional real estate schools started working together on a formal basis by sharing ideas and cooperating to provide their students better real estate education and training services. In 1994 RealtyU, was formed and by 1998 the synergy was so valuable that participation was opened up to include a few other real estate schools. Celebrating our 14th year and through our 30+ schools and various online websites; RealtyU and its schools has consistently trained over 200,000 agents and brokers per year over the last five years.
