The Seller Agency Council is proud to manage the Certified Sellers Representative designation through which Realtors® are put through a two day intensive training program designed to improve their skills in working with home sellers. In this difficult and challenging market, successful agents will need the marketing and administrative skills to get their clients home sold for the highest price in the fastest amount of time. Our members not only develop their home resale skills but are also put through negotiating skills and home staging skills. Additionally should their customer be in the unfortunate position of a short sale or pre-foreclosure; our CSR Realtors® have learned the elements associated in dealing with these issues.
